**ON THE LEGAL RULINGS CONCERNING THE WEALTH OF ORPHANS, ACCORDING TO THE JUDGMENT OF GOD IN HIS CLEAR BOOK**
Quote from the post of Al-Saqr Al-Wakri:
A person passed away and left behind twenty gold 'Genech' (currency). He had instructed his brother to give it to his
son when he grew up. His uncle sold the gold coins and started a project with it. He spent on his brother's son and his mother. When the boy grew up and graduated, he began to claim his share in the project. Problems and lawsuits arose. The uncle wants to give his nephew only the twenty gold 'Genech', as his father instructed him. However, the son wants to take the entire project and says: 'The capital of the project was mine, so the project is mine.' Give me a ruling: does he have a right to this, or does he only get the gold?!"*

**In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.**
May Ramadan be blessed for the Islamic nation and all of humanity, and may God relieve the distress of every oppressed person in the worlds. And this is an answer to the questioners:
**The son has no right to the proceeds of the project.** Because if the guardian had suffered a loss, he would have been obligated to pay out the entrusted property (which was in his possession). **No, the orphan is only entitled to his secured property (the twenty 'Genech').** May God enlighten the face of the guardian, for he has performed his duty well and completely. He **refrained** (from taking a fee) and did not deduct the expenses for the orphan (his food, clothing, and education) nor anything from the orphan's property (the twenty 'Genech'); on the contrary, I see that he **refrained**.
Based on this, the guardian is **obligated to pay out only the secured property of the orphan (twenty 'Genech').** He **refrained** and took nothing from the orphan's property; God provided for him richly, so he refrained. This is in accordance with the Word of God the Exalted:
